I have had a complete roller coaster ride with redquanta. I have seen the company grow from one employee (me) to the 25+ currently. The close association I have had with shoppers have made me some very close friends spread across the country.

We have seen nights where Pankaj and I have sat trying to figure out how the hell to get shops done in Tiruchirapalli??!! And we have also seen nights where we have partied until the break of dawn after the completion of a major project on which we had worked for 600 hours in 30 days!!

We have gone from 1 to 3 to 8 to 10 people and then somehow back to 5 (still wonder how that happened). Nevertheless, the passion to create something big has been unstoppable and we have just grown from strength to strength.

From applying for an internship to getting a full time job to heading operations, redquanta has become my baby too. Sure there have been hiccups, people have come and gone, sleepless nights to no avail but looking back, the journey has been nothing but fruitful.

And the journey has ONLY just begun.  So many things to get done, so many more targets to achieve.  With the awesome team we have managed to build, it doesn’t seem too far away.

I read somewhere once ‘Gettin’ good players is easy. Gettin’ ’em to play together is the hard part’ and I can cross my heart and say, this saying fits us like a T.
